Ancala Distribution LLC is an Arizona limited liability company. Our focus is straightforward: buy well, sell well, and treat suppliers as long-term partners rather than one-time transactions.
Our Mission
We exist to connect brands and distributors with retail demand across multiple sales channels. Rather than specializing in a single marketplace or category, we focus on operating like a traditional retail and distribution business: sourcing inventory responsibly, managing it carefully, and representing the products we carry accurately to customers.
How We Operate
- We purchase inventory directly from brands and authorized distributors, not from unauthorized gray-market sources.
- We maintain proper business documentation, including our Arizona LLC formation and applicable resale certificate, and can provide these directly to suppliers during account review.
- We sell across more than one retail channel, which lets us support suppliers' overall sell-through rather than depending on a single platform.
- We're a newly formed company, and we're upfront about that. We'd rather build trust with suppliers honestly over time than overstate our history.
Founder's Note
Ancala Distribution LLC was started by Umar Hasan with a simple premise: retail businesses that last are built on operational discipline and real supplier relationships, not shortcuts. That's the standard we're holding ourselves to as we grow this company one wholesale account at a time.
